The existing road and bridge is severely degraded and is not passable most of the time. The continuous access to the area is needed for the maintenance of the restored river and for a transportation of the collected vegetation from the managed flooded meadows. Improving the access to the area will secure the planning and executing of the management work at a very large (hundreds of hectares) valuable Natura 2000 area and meeting of the goals of the nature conservation area. The experienced subcontractor Melior-M has started the work in August and we hope to finish the job before the end of the year. |
