Conference in Riga

14/07/2017

LIFE Wetlands project organised international conference ans study tour "Conservation and management of wetland habitats" in Riga.

We were invited to introduce our LIFE projects. The oral presentation "Freshwater habitats in Estonia and LIFE" focused mainly on our Happyfish, Happyriver and Springday projects. The presentation was the only one about restoration and conservation of the riverine and spring habitats and gathered great attention. The field trips to the restoration sites were very interesting.
